Editorial Policy

How we ensure the accuracy, integrity, and independence of our digital asset treasury research.

Last Updated: June 28, 2026

Data Sourcing & Verification

Crypto treasury data changes quickly, so we separate reported facts from estimates and keep a visible path for corrections. Our Digital Asset Treasury Tracker uses a layered verification process:

  • Primary filings: We prioritize SEC EDGAR filings, issuer press releases, investor presentations, and equivalent international disclosures for public-company holdings.
  • Calculation notes: mNAV and related ratios are estimates based on market value, disclosed holdings, share count, and debt assumptions. Pages should explain the inputs used.
  • On-chain confirmation: When a company has publicly identified wallet addresses, we may compare reported balances with public blockchain data. We do not guess private wallets.

Our Independence

CryptosEyes maintains editorial independence. Companies, token issuers, and advertisers cannot pay to change rankings, article conclusions, calculation methods, or source selection.

  • Zero Sponsored Placement: Companies cannot pay to be listed, ranked higher, or receive favorable analysis on our platform.
  • Conflict of Interest Policy: All contributors must disclose any holdings in digital assets exceeding $10,000 USD. No researcher is permitted to provide analysis on a stock they have traded within the last 30 days.
  • Research basis: Bull and bear cases must be tied to visible data such as filings, liquidity, dilution, debt structure, on-chain flows, hash rate, or ETF flow records.

Human-Led Editorial Standard

We may use software tools to collect data, draft outlines, or flag stale pages, but published research must be reviewed against sources before it goes live.

We do not publish scraped summaries, unsupported price targets, empty ticker pages, or generic articles that could apply to any asset. A useful page needs original context: a calculation, chart, source-backed table, risk note, worked example, or clear editorial judgment.

Data Integrity & Corrections

Financial data moves fast. If you identify a discrepancy in our reported holdings, debt levels, or corporate officer data, please contact our research desk. We commit to investigating and updating verified errors within one business day.
